These terms govern your use of the aperilux.app website. Your use of the Aperiluxapp, and any in-app purchases, is governed separately by ourEnd-User Licence Agreement (EULA) and the terms of the app store you downloaded it from — not by this page.

Use of the site

The site and its content (text, design, screenshots, and the sky data it computes) are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, resell, or misrepresent the content. The astronomy and weather figures are provided for planning convenience and without warranty of accuracy — do not rely on them for safety-critical or aviation decisions.

User submissions

If you submit content (for example a photo to the community showcase, when it launches), theshowcase terms apply.

Intellectual property

"Aperilux", the logo, and the site design are ours. Third-party components are used under their respective licences (see the footer credits and third-party notices).

Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
