Showcase Submission Terms

These terms apply when you submit a photograph to the "Planned with Aperilux" community showcase. By submitting, you agree to them. The showcase is currently in preparation; submissions open in a first phase limited as described in §1.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have verifiable parental/guardian consent). During the first phase, submissions are accepted only from users located outside the European Union and the EEA, and by submitting you confirm that you are located outside the EU/EEA. The public gallery itself can be viewed by everyone.

2. Ownership warranty

You warrant that you own all rights in the image, that it is your own work, and that it does not infringe any third party's rights (including copyright, trademark, privacy, or property/location rights) and contains nothing unlawful.

3. Licence you grant

You grant Aperilux a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, revocable licence to display, resize, and reformat the image for the purpose of showing it onaperilux.app and Aperilux's own social media channels, always with a credit to you. You retain full ownership; the licence ends when you request removal (see §6).

4. What we do before publishing

Nothing publishes automatically. We review every submission. On approval we strip embedded EXIF/GPS metadata (to protect your location and privacy) and generate web-optimised sizes. We may decline any submission for any reason.

5. Your contact details

We use the email you provide only to contact you about your submission; it is never published. See the privacy policy for how we handle it.

6. Removal & takedown

You can ask us to remove your image and associated data at any time by emailingshowcase@aperilux.app; we will act promptly. Rights holders who believe an image infringes their rights can use the same address to request removal, and we will act on valid requests and keep a record.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Aperilux against claims arising from your breach of the ownership warranty in §2.

8. Our rights

We may remove any image at any time, and may update these terms; the version in force is the one shown when you submit.
